White Sage (Salvia Apiana), also known as the Sacred Sage is the traditional herb dried and rolled into sticks for smudging. Juniper (Juniperus Communis), is an evergreen aromatic shrub that symbolises the strength of fire and the warmth of the sun, helps to free the anger and gives us courage: it is the perfect herb in a time of transition from the cold of the winter to the renewal of Nature. Traditionally big logs were burned by farmers to propitiate the harvest and the health of the animals. Though burning juniper wood gives off only minimal visible smoke, this smoke is highly aromatic. In ancient times people used it for the ritual purification of temples, plus the ancients believed the smoke aided clairvoyance.

Wild Flowers (daisy - lilac - lemon blossom), carry a tidy bundle of energy, for it is not only the beautiful part of a plant but, most important, the sexual organ of the plant itself. They are a wish for beauty and happiness to be born once again, after the cold months of the year: wild flowers remind us to be delighted by the simple pleasures and to celebrate Nature's beauty by spreading seeds of joy. Their sweet scent sets good vibes and positive energies when burned.
