White Sage (Salvia Apiana), also known as the Sacred Sage is the traditional herb dried and rolled into sticks for smudging. This very variety is an evergreen herb that is native to the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico, found mainly in the coastal habitat of Southern California and Baja California, on the western edges of the Mojave and Sonoran deserts.

Pine (Pinus Sylvestris), an evergreen tree which symbolises through its longevity the endurance of the heart even during the most dark and cold winter nights. With its comforting fragrance it gives warmth and protection to the household.

Cinnamon (Cinnamon Verum), the harvested inner bark of the tree presents itself in the typical form of sticks: they are associated with success, money, and abundance. Its fragrance is not only the typical scent of winter bakery, but it is also considered aphrodisiac and hence stimulates love, lust and passion.

Caution: Never leave burning Smudge Sticks nor Palo Santo Wood Sticks unattended and always keep it away from children. Always use a suitable burner for the burning of smudging supplies.
